TREES would be happy to help you enroll in the certification program. Becoming a registered user was the first big step. In order to obtain the certification you must become familiar with all of the material and information found in the Training Center. Once you feel you have the knowledge necessary to take the exam, TREES will be happy to walk you through the steps to complete the certification
What is the price for the complete certification or where I do find that info?

To complete the certification, all you must do is pay the $22 fee to take the exam. The rest is free! You will be able to find this information by going to the « Get Certified » page

I believe you are talking about the reference code for your booking. You are able to choose what these 4-14 characters for yourself. Just remember to write the reference down somewhere as you will need it when it is time to login and take the exam.
